Yes Sir, They told me to find a local authorized tech or send it to them in Cali ($90 bench fee plus shipping, of course). Not the answer I was hoping for but oh well... have left messages with our "local" tech, no reply yet. I really feel for anyone who uses a HELIX as a full time live/recording rig... this problem will leave you dead in the water unless you have a back up rig. :(

Did they ever find out what this problem was caused by????? I restored my to factory settings, performed all the updates, not using any 3rd party files/IRs... still just STOPS registering INPUT for no reason (tuner goes dead also)???? I can't even use it to record/rehears with when it is doing this, none the less attempt to play live with it. SMH, come one, Line6...

Anyone ever find A FIX for this? Mine started doing this about 6 months back, then miraculously stopped... started doing it again this evening... Pisser... :(
