I registered a ticket as well and got the same answer. As a performing artist I find this unacceptable. I’m relying on my Variax guitars and Firehawk amp and this lack of serious support would make me think again if I ever consider buying new hardware. I could understand if Line6 can’t respond to every Tom, lollipop and Harry reporting minor bugs or requesting additional features, but this is a serious showstopper that should be handled as as priority one issue.
Same here. Just found out it does indeed crash. Just the sort of thing I need before a gig. I do hope it’s indeed a bug from the Apple iOS and not within the app. Will raise a ticket as well, though I have my doubts about Line6 support.
