Hello After updating my iPhone 8 plus to the latest iOS 13.1.2, I'm having problems with the Firehawk remote app. Everything is OK except when I try to edit the Variax model using the app, it crashes all the time. I can still use every other functionality and the pedal works fine, changing models to and from magnetic pickups to Variax models, I just can't edit it on the Remote app. I have another older phone and it works fine there, so must be the latest iOS update. Anyone else experienced this and has a solution?

Hi there (LINE 6)- I bought a Firehawk 1500 with FBV3 foot pedal about a year ago, I have loved the purchase - the amp has a great range of sound and kicks on any previous amp that I have had previously. I also like that I am able to use the Firehawk Remote app to modify sounds. That said - I have issues with the Firehawk Remote app because it doesn't allow me to move the Reverb before the FX LOOP in the graphic effects routing screen. I have an external looper with digital drum kit that inevitably has to be before the Reverb as I switch between guitar effects causing the drums to sound different on every change. Very annoying. LINE 6 - Could you update the Firehawk REMOTE so that the FX LOOP can be at the end of the router or at least after the LOOPER? Please??? As you can see in my image - the REVERB can only be moved to one location and I want to be able to have it after the AMP but before the FX LOOPER. As you can see in my graphic the FX LOOPER can only be moved backward in the sequence. Also - are there software updates for both the Firehawk 1500 and the FX REMOTE?

Q: What should I do If I am experiencing connection issues with the FIREHAWK 1500 Remote app when I switch back and forth between apps on my iOS device? A: An important thing to note about the FIREHAWK Remote app functionality is that in addition to the iOS Bluetooth connection between your FIREHAWK and your iOS device, there is a secondary 'sync' connection between the amp and the app. Each time you minimize/close the app, the connection between the FIREHAWK Remote app and the FIREHAWK will need to be re-established, even if your iOS device is reporting that the FIREHAWK is connected via 'Bluetooth'. In this case, re-opening the FIREHAWK Remote app will automatically re-establish the connection within a few seconds. Make sure to look at the main menu of the FIREHAWK Remote app and wait for it to indicate that your FIREHAWK is 'connected' before moving forward using the app. If it does not automatically re-connect, close the FIREHAWK Remote app by double-tapping your iOS home key, then sliding the FIREHAWK Remote app window up and off the screen. Relaunch the FIREHAWK Remote app and it should re-sync itself with the FIREHAWK . Android devices usually have a function that lists all open programs where you can slide the app left or right to close it. A: No. The FIREHAWK Remote App can only play back songs that are stored on your mobile device. The Android app does not have this setting, but still only plays back songs stored on the device. Q: How can I search for a specific tone if I don't have the song or artist in my Library? A: To search for a specific tone, go to your Library within FIREHAWK Remote and pick any artist, then one of their albums, and then any song. This will begin to play the song and present you with a list of tones that match the song that is playing. You can then swipe down from the top of the tone list to unveil a ‘Search Tone Cloud’field where you can search for an artist or song name to find tones without having the song or artist in your library. Q: Can I use the FIREHAWK Remote app to load or edit tone files from my other existing Line 6 products? A: The FIREHAWK Remote app is only compatible with tone files created with the AMPLIFi family of products. Q: Can I use the FIREHAWK Remote app with a Line 6 Mobile In or Sonic Port?   4. Hello, Are there any plans to update the Firehawk 1500 / Firehawk Remote tuner so it can tune to A=432Hz ? Love my new Firehawk 1500 but missing out on my tuning of choice. Thanks! :)
  5. Took delivery of a Firehawk FX yesterday and overall I am extremely impressed. However I am experiencing a lot of crashes with the app which is running on an iPhone 8 with the latest iOS (11.2.2) Every time it crashes (6 times in 2 days use) I have to wait for the pedal to finish syncing. I notice that the app hasn't been updated in 8 months, have Line 6 been neglecting it in the wake of Helix?
  6. It would be helpful if it could manage patches properly in a completely stand alone manner between the amp and the local android device. (i.e. copy/move/import/export/etc like Line6 Edit used to do.) The app is great while line6's cloud is available, but it's patch management is quite crippled without connectivity to a line6 account. I don't know how everyone else feels, but I would rather not rely upon line6 continuing to support the product or the "cloud". (I've sent an email to the android team requesting this.) It would be interesting to gauge support for this.
