  1. I'm done with my Pod Go. Here's my farewell speech. Have had it for at least 5 years, and am finally going to dump it for the very reasons that pissed me off right from the beginning: Numerous times of having unridable low frequency hum even the device is muted - sorry but I can't fix the electricity at the venue tonight! why does my fellow guitarist not have this problem with another pedal? Too limited DSP! There's so little I can add to a preset till it's maxed out Lack of XLR cable. Requires a special Y cable (and a backup if I lost it or broken) Its power supply's 2.5mm barrel inner pin means it cannot be shared with other pedals on a daisy chain. That means a special power supply (and a backup if I lost it or broken). I work around that by using 2 converters (again a lot of maintenance and a lot of spare parts to keep track after!) Incredibly unintuitive looper I bought the Helix but it's way to large and too heavy for me! I wish they had a Helix floor mini version that offered THE SAME DSP with 8 footswitches and an expression pedal, so I'd work at home on the Helix Floor and save it all into the mini version for gigs. But they just released the Stadium and it's as bulky and heavy as it gets.

Yes please add auto-tune! It's super essential to me too!
  3. Won't work with the Pod GO. The PG requires 2.5A, this one only supplies 1.5.
  4. I bought it and it didn't work, causes unbearable hum, and the pedal doesn't offer any ground/lift options. Also the Pod Go barrel is 'geniusly' different than standard guitar pedal PSU adapters! There are also no country-blade adapters to buy anywhere.
  5. From experience with the Line 6, using any other power supply other than their own is going to cause super loud hum.
  6. I'm experiencing the same issue of low static noise. Oddly, there's only noise when I use Main Out (both TRS direct / TRS>XLR), the issue doesn't occur when using Amp Out! Furthermore, the noise is there even when the device is switched off!
  7. Hi, I'm connecting the Pod Go with the orginal power supply. As soon as connected to speaker, an unacceptable hum is heard when turning up the volume. The noise is there even nothing is connected to the pedal, and even the pedal is off. I tried different cables and the problem still occurs. Please advise. Cheers
  8. I tried with another adapter but as the Pod Go doesn't have an XLR output and no option for grounding, I experienced unbearable noise in some venues. Has anyone found a solution for it, I'm still struggling with the same issue. Tomorrow I'm going to try the original adapter with an external converter to see if this casuses the noise and will report back here.
  9. This is basically what I was referring to. I'm willing to leave the string and bend down for a sec to touch the device, but I rather do it with one action rather than 5. Before I had the Pod Go I used HoTone Ampero and you could customize which parameters would be contrallable with the main screen knobs. I had the reverb mix value, delay mix value, IR blend value and room for another one or two such parameter that are commonly used. I understand this is not implemented in the Pod Go, but in the other hand, since this is a software issue (rather than hardware), this can be easily achivable. I've opened this suggestion so we can vote for Line 6 to consider it. Thank you all!
  10. Hi, I'm trying to change the parameters that are controlled by the knobs 1-5 below the display. I want to assign the knobs to specific parameters of different blocks. I'm not sure of the terminology for this, I've tried to look it up in the user manual and thruough the settings and couldn't find it. Thank you!
  11. It would have been less of an issue had there been an XLR output directly to the PA.
  12. @heycisco1 please see my original post. I did pay the price, only to find out they don't match. These blades are waste of time and money.
  13. My issue is different but the l6 files are starring all over the place in the setupapi.dev.log file.
  14. Thanks for your input @saxatron, were you then able to run the device from Windows after your experiments?
