Just wanted to say thanks to @batflash - the method for temporarily using Rosetta worked for me with Logic 10.6.3 and Helix Native 3.11 on my M1 Macbook Air. It was a fresh install and all working ok for input monitoring, recording and mixing down.

Thank you, Dave Hart! I'm running on the Surface Go 2 and temporarily popping out my SD card got HX Edit to run. I can't believe it was something so bizarre! Hopefully it will be fixed properly soon.
