  1. Thank you both for your input. Yes, I’ve tried it all, as stated (hard reset included). Nothing. I’d rather buying another Pod Go and store the damaged unit for any future emergencies (broken parts, et. al) than paying Line 6’s tech dept. more money than it’s worth just to “fix” it (hence my “abusive” remark). …and to think that I got rid of a back up Pod Go (red edition) just months ago … I hope this thread stays here, in case someone from planet earth encounters a viable solution. Again, thanks a million.
  2. Oh, in case you're thinking that's a scratch...It's a cat hair. :D
  3. Well, this iS FRUSTRATING. Out of the blue, my PGW won't boot. And it happened 30 mins. before showtime at a very important gig for my band. It was working like a clock before this. I've been to every post in this forum, written by people who's been through this already (using the Updater to go from 1.21 on -will stay stuck in ANY version- until the process crashes on 2.00, etc.). NOTHING HAS WORKED FOR ME. When I got in touch with the tech dept. to start a ticket, I get options that will lead me to buy a brand new unit instead, between shipping, the "minimum bench fee of $45" PLUS the parts (call it anywhere between a RAM stick and a new motherboard)... Of course I find this ABUSIVE, being that the same problem has been lurking for some time now, and through many different users here. This is complete BS! So, if ANYBODY around here has found any other way to do this before I offer my almost mint unit for parts or just throw it to the waste can, please let me know! BTW, here's a pic of the unit. Has been stuck like this since last night, and and after turning it off and on a thousand times (which was also recommended -?-)... Thanks in advance. Mon C.
  4. HELP... I've been having these ridiculous drop out issues with my G10TII (POD GO Wireless) at ridiculously short distances (7'/2m) lately. I've already downloaded the 2.0 version for the PGW, but if anything, the condition has worsened a little bit. I charge the unit to full and then put it back on its socket before I head to a gig. Then I set up my gear and do the charging/recognizing process again (white circle, then blue volt on display), before I start playing. Issue's still there. What's next? Getting really desperate/frustrated here. :( Mon C.
  5. I had the same problem with mine. The Relay G10II unit has an "activation" switch beside the plug has to be depressed in order for the unit to work. If the thread on you input jack is too "exposed", the switch will "skip" it and won't turn on the unit. It happened to me with a Les Paul. All I did was adjusting the inner nut of the jack, so the thread wasn't that exposed, and it worked wonders. This should work on any guitar with a threaded jack. Good luck!

  7. Hi, all! In your vast experience, what would be the best way to connect a Rocktron Banshee TB to a POD GO Wireless? The trad chain would be guitar>Banshee>POD, but how will it work on a wireless unit? Many thanks!
