First of all, I am from Argentina, sorry for my english.
Here is my problem:
I have purchased a Helix Floor the last week. Everything was going OK with the product until I tried to connect the pedal to my desktop PC (Windows 10) using the USB output with the aim of edit my presets easily (its a little bit tedious to do it manually having the possibility to do if from my PC).
The problem is I am not able to do anything using my PC because as soon as I connect the USB cable, the OS says "DRIVER IS UNAVAILABLE"... that is, HELIX appears in my SETTINGS as a KEYBOARD but with that legend below (DRIVER IS UNAVAILABLE).
Has anyone has the same problem in the past?
As far as I know, my Helix has the last Firmware installed (3.11.0), so, thats not the problem as I read in several topics.
