  2. Last night I was checking out the Stereo capabilities of the HX One and ran into an issue. I was on some Reverb effect, I can't remember which one, and Held down the Effect knob to select a Delay. It switched over to the delay, and it no longer output any sound out of the pedal. In addition the top 3 rotary knobs stopped working. I could select other effects, saved patches, access the tuner (and tune) but still no Sound out. I had to cycle power to resolve the issue. The locked up rotary knobs are similar to the same-effect-loading-midi-issue described in the other thread. I have no hopes on anybody from Line 6 to actually fix this issue based on previous lack of response on issues related to HX One, but I wanted to describe the issue to the community. I gather support of HX One is even less now that they released a bunch of new flagship products. It's a great pedal with a good interface when it works. Maybe others have had similar problems to this?
  3. Yes, I was using the HX One Effects loop with a distortion and volume pedal, earlier in my setup. The wiring you mention looks right to me. Correct, setting Pre/Post is the way to switch the order. The "I/O Config" Setting needs to be set as "Insert". It's a shame, the manual doesn't show a typical effects loop and instead goes into the 4-cable method only.
  4. HX One is rated for 500mA. I measured my HX One running at roughly 310mA. I'm sure it probably consumes more under certain condition. The Walrus won't be enough. I would heed the warning and find one that is rated for 500mA. Depending on the power supply design, it might continuously cycle the power to your pedal(s), not work at all, or something worse.
  5. I'm not sure if there's a momentary function for the flux switch, but I'm certain you can do this with an expression pedal attached. The expression pedal will transition from the min/max of the flux settings at whatever rate your foot wants to go.
  6. Have you set the delay time to a note value? 1/4, 1/8 etc. Tap tempo won't work if it's set to a delay time such as 300ms. It's not the most intuitive.
  7. I also sent in a support ticket. The response from Line6 was: "It's a known issue and logged as bug, I don't have time frame when it will be fixed but it's on the radar."
  8. Shouldn't the I/O Configuration on the HX One be set to Stereo? Otherwise it is also using an FX Loop.
  9. When will we expect a fix to this? Also, I can't seem to enter a support ticket anymore on the website. I can't get past the first step. I click on the "Search" button and nothing happens.
  10. I have this same issue. Knobs are locked after loading the same preset twice. And if I try changing Presets via MIDI PC immediately followed by a CC4 message to toggle an effect OFF, the CC message is never processed. MIDIOX confirms my MIDI controller is sending both messages. If I command both messages, and the preset doesn't need to change, the CC4 message gets through.
