This happened to me back in 12/2020 with low output on left 1/4" out. Fixed by Long and McQuade in Vancouver. On my invoice: Confirmed low/no output of left 1/4" output. Left XLR ok. Traced problem to Q14 and D50 mute circuit. Replaced Q14 and D50. Test OK..

Sorry to ask but did you check in Global settings to see if the gain is up for the mic input?

I'm not asking how much to repair my unit. Just curious as to what other had paid to get their unit fixed and what the problem was.

I will get it repaired but in the mean time I'll just use the right output.

Did factory reset. Went back to 2.91 and 2.82 and 2.81 but no luck. Checked all cables. Right 1/4", both XLR and all loop outs are working fine. Left 1/4 out very low volume. Line6 already said to take it to a repair depot.

Helix floor.Left 1/4" out is very low in volume and all other outputs are fine. Not in warranty but needs to go in for repairs. Not asking what my repair would cost as we don't know whats broken. Just wanted to know what other problems that people had and what the cost was for the repair.

Anyone that has non-warranty repair done on the Helix Floor. Can you tell me what the problem was and the cost to repair? TIA.

Helix floor 2.92. Just started today my left 1/4" output is really really quite. The right 1/4" out is OK. XLR and loop outputs are working fine. Did factory reset and it's still the same. Anybody had this and got it fixed?

If it's under warranty, don't do anything till you hear back from support.

You need to clean the up and down switches or replace them. This has happened to me too and all I did was spray them with contact cleaner.

My up button did that too. I sprayed it with some contact cleaner and it was fix ( for now). You have to open up the unit to get at the switch. Will have to change the switch in the future.
