Upgraded HX Stomp to 3.10 At least some of the guitar presets have no reverb. When I create a new patch the reverb works just fine. Not a major issue as it's pretty easy to create a preset, but I do usually like starting from the factory presets. I've done a couple of factory resets with no change. Anyone else seeing this? I did submit a support ticket.

Just had this happen to me for the first time. Is this a known software bug or a potential hardware problem. Just stops the audio (I am only using headphones), but the pedal responds to footswitch and editor commands.
