Hi there (LINE 6)- I bought a Firehawk 1500 with FBV3 foot pedal about a year ago, I have loved the purchase - the amp has a great range of sound and kicks on any previous amp that I have had previously. I also like that I am able to use the Firehawk Remote app to modify sounds. That said - I have issues with the Firehawk Remote app because it doesn't allow me to move the Reverb before the FX LOOP in the graphic effects routing screen. I have an external looper with digital drum kit that inevitably has to be before the Reverb as I switch between guitar effects causing the drums to sound different on every change. Very annoying. LINE 6 - Could you update the Firehawk REMOTE so that the FX LOOP can be at the end of the router or at least after the LOOPER? Please??? As you can see in my image - the REVERB can only be moved to one location and I want to be able to have it after the AMP but before the FX LOOPER. As you can see in my graphic the FX LOOPER can only be moved backward in the sequence. Also - are there software updates for both the Firehawk 1500 and the FX REMOTE?

I run my Helix direct to the mixing board, and for the longest time ran an external reverb pedal in one of the send/return fx loops on the Helix. One day I decided to run the reverb pedal after the Helix (1/4" mono out) instead of through the fx loop, and got, what I felt like, was a more pristine/clear sound out of my reverb unit. Now, I don't know if this was due to the fact that I do run the Global EQ with a significant high cut, or because there's a definite affect in tone through the send/returns the Helix provides. I know Line 6 states the guitar input on the unit is the highest quality found on the market, but I'm not sure what's going on with the rest of the input/output jacks. I'm asking because I have a few other high-quality effects that I've incorporated with my Helix setup, but I'm a bit reluctant to use them in the Helix fx loops, but I'm seriously missing the ability to turn them off/on via the Snapshots/block assign. Can anyone share their experience using external effects through the send/returns of the Helix?

Hey, guys/gals. I've been experiencing an issue with trying to integrate my Neunaber Slate (Wet), in stereo via the Helix's stereo loop. I'm able to place the pedal in the tone chain just fine, and when using shorter decay reverbs, I have zero issues. BUT, when I use long decaying reverbs with modulation I get clipping in the high frequencies. It's not a crippling audio clip, but enough of it to really annoy me. I've contacted Neunaber about the issue, just cause I've ran this pedal in front, and in my "real" amp's loop, and never experienced this, but they couldn't really find a reason why this would be happening. • I've played with changing the loop signal type from instrument to line, and vice-versa, but nothing changes • Tried running it in the different loop options available on Helix and also running it in mono, and I still get the issue • I've tried placing the effect before and after the Helix cabs and impulse responses as well, and while placing the effect before these helps a bit, it doesn't fix the issue completely.. and, this effect just sounds much better at the end of my tone chain • I've also tried adjusting the lo and hi-pass filters on the cab sims.. no luck either • Adjusted send/return & mix levels for the loop as well. If I turn the mix level way down (in the 30s) it does get rid of the issue, but it also gets rid of pretty much all of the effect (Haha) Anyone else run into something similar? Any suggestions? Thanks!
