Sometimes, when I turn up the Master Volume, it'll start changing the Chorus settings. If I tap on the Chorus knob, it will go away, but not a complete fix, as it will do it again when it gets bumped, so it sounds to me like it's a loose connection After doing more testing, I found out that it only does this when the knob is in the Chorus area, as soon as I move it to Phaser/Tremolo, the issue is completely gone. I've had this amp for years, and never had an issue with it. That is, until I go to sell it. Does anyone know if there's something I can do? I already tried a Factory Reset. Electrical contact cleaner, perhaps?

So for about the last week I've been trying to find out why I can't edit the details (comments, pickup, band, etc) on the tones I've uploaded. The tech support guy, Will, was really attentive, no problem with him. The final answer I got was "The tones comments, band, etc need to be put in when the tone is uploaded. Once it online it can't be edited." This is all well and good except for the fact that there is no option to fill in these things when I upload the tone.. It just asks me for the file and then, boom it's uploaded. So we are at an impasse. What is the point of having those fields if you cannot even fill them out? And apparently this has been an ongoing "problem" (in quotes because it's been going on for at least 2 years and it has yet to be addressed). I'd be satisfied if it wasn't for the tell tell signs that others can enter in these comments and what not, using the same family of products. So.... what's the deal? I'm not really expecting an answer at this point. I'm just venting, I guess. It doesn't say much for a company, where you have the technical knowhow to make some kickin amps, but can't seem to figure out the simplicity of the world wide web. Even the pop-ups are screwy... Anyway, rant ended.

I have a spider iii HD150 and a dead spider iii 75w combo, but the speaker works. I've connected one of the outputs to the speaker but it's louder than a normal 75w combo. I'm affraid something bad happens. Any recomendation or advice?

I recently purchased a line 6 4x12 cab to go with my HD150 head, I also have a raven 4x12 and thought I would try to hook the head up to two cabinets. This looks kind of silly but I dig the tone mixture from these two different cabs. I have used this a little bit already at low practice volume but if I can I would like it as a rig in my band setup. I am very worried about damaging the cab/blowing speakers etc. and would like to know if this is safe to use. I have attached some pictures of what I'm dealing with.

Hello fellow forum members, I just bought a Spider III HD150 head (on its own) and now am looking for a 212 cab to buy. A 412 is not an option now, it may be too big for my car to carry around (we're gigging a lot). So after reading many entries, my (very n00b) questions are: - can this head be run in mono mode? I mean I just did (on a gig), I hooked it to a H&K 212 and fortunately I didn't blow the amp. But may this happen at all? - do you know any not-too-expensive 2*12 cabs that may fit with this amp (technically speaking)? It's not easy to fin 212's with two 8 ohm inputs stereo. Thanks a lot!

Hey, not sure if im posting this in the right area, but i was wondering if its a terrible idea to record through just the head of the amp without the cab? Wasnt sure if that would also destroy the head
