Hello, for a while now I am unable to use my purchased Line 6 Helix Native and support also seems to be unhelpful since they just sent me an instruction that is already in a different blog. However this does not seem to work for me. Has anybody faced this issue yet and has any idea on how to fix it? This is what was proposed to me (sorry for the German language) bitte Folgendes probieren: 1. Dateien aus diesen Ordnern löschen: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Line 6/Helix Native.aaxplugin /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Helix Native.component /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Line 6/Helix Native.vst /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Line 6/Helix Native.vst3 2. dann diesen Ordner komplett löschen: /Library/Application Support/Line 6/Helix Native/ Dann die "versteckte" Library öffnen: Apple-Menu/Gehe zu/ ALT drücken: Bibliothek erscheint: 3. Application/Support/Line6/Helix Native öffnen und alle Dateien löschen (die beiden Ordner #IR Library, #Preset Library enthalten Ihre Presets, diese Ordner müssen nicht zwingend gelöscht werden (oder woanders hinkopieren/Backup). /Library/Application Support/Line 6/purchases.dat /Library/Application Support/Line 6/purchasesV2.dat 4. Hi, Ive been using my UX2 since 2010 with different versions of Logic. Since I've upgraded to Mavericks and Yosemite, I had several issues with the drivers which seemed to be solved in the meantime by Line6. But now woth Logic X I'm not able to record/play and monitor my guitar input at the same time. My setup: Retina iMac 2014 POD Studio UX2 drivers installed and configured as output and input device in OS X NO Gearbox installed NO PodStudio installed POD UX 2 configured as input and output device in Logic X Headphones go directly in the UX2 for listening and monitoring purposes I can hear my guitar when the track is set for record and the input monitoring is active My problem: I can't hear my guitar anymore when I hit the play button Does anyone know how to solve this? I'd be grateful for every hint. Best regards

I have a POD HD Pro. I have installed the drivers via Monkey and am connected via USB to my Mac. What are the steps for inserting it into a track? Do I create software instrument track or audio track or what? I know how to use a stereo out from there to the board and record that - I thought I saw that you can use USB to record and pick you tone from a popup? So, just looking for step wise instructions. I cannot find my POD HD in the track info... Thanks in advance! Greg
