the line6 company has stollen my reason limited password

hi everybody.

this  message  is to inform you (all of you) there are main problems about line6 company.

recently(25th of  2014october)(2014/10/25) i bought line6 ux2

wonderfully i observed when i was  registering to recieve the softwaare reason limited a message appeared

"someone else is using this password"

this is an alarm  & announcement to you :

some guys in chinese factory who assembel this product steal the passwords of products and n this case you can't use this products.

neither line6 & propellerheads companie don't take this risponsibility.

Are you sure it wasn't referring to your username? That's really the only way I can think of that this sort of message makes sense. I imagine that you were asked to choose a username and you selected one that someone else was already using.

Hi,

I had the same message.  I'm sure I made a wrong move during the registration/licensing part of my Reason Limited installation attempt.  Any ideas how I can finish the authorization process?
