jasonk931
Hey guys, I love my jtv59, but not a fan of the stock tuners. Can anyone tell me which Gotoh Locking tuners will fit my jtv59 as a direct drop in replacement? Got to be locking. Thanks.
TheRealZap
another user found these: http://www.axetec.co.uk/guitar_parts_uk_036.htm (the MH315) from this thread: http://line6.com/support/topic/11146-for-those-that-want-locking-tuners-on-their-jtv59/
stevekc
Same question gets asked frequently http://line6.com/support/topic/11146-for-those-that-want-locking-tuners-on-their-jtv59/ For those in the USA - GFS sells Gotoh style Locking tuners under their house brand here these are actually from the same Asian supplier that Line 6 uses and bolt right on - http://www.guitarfet...ome_p_1172.html
jasonk931
Hey guys, I recently put on the Grover 406c Locking tuners, and the High E tuner has snapped quite a few of my Strings. Seems this is a flaw I. the design from many forums I've been to. Does anyone know which set of Gotoh Locking tuners would be a direct fit? Again, GOTOH, NOT ANY OTHER COMPANY. Thanks for the help. ozbadman
These should be a direct replacement: http://www.allparts.com/TK-0938-010-Gotoh-3X3-Locking-Tuners-Chrome_p_4705.html I previously bought this (older) model: Gotoh 3X3 Locking Keys Gold - TK-0937-002 Personally, I found the machine heads looked a little small compared to the size of the JTV head for my liking.
