Evorgeloc
Interesting to learn that there are rogue tones on the line 6 cloud that, once used, necessitate a saving of all your tones to "my tones", a factory re-set of the Firehawk, delete and reinstall of app. And reload firmware 1.1 May I suggest each shared toned is quarantined before being made available for download. Also, this issue needs flagging up before it happens - please make people aware - I had complete failure of Firehawk...lucky trust GT100 was still around. Line 6 - we don't need this stress please.....
bond19
Yes, I have enountered 2 bad tones- one which I downloaded from the cloud, the other I created (by accident) and have deleted. I had suggested a screening process for tones when I first encountered a bad tone about 6 weeks ago. By the way, how do you find the lag time between patch switches on the Firehawk compared to you gt100?
Evorgeloc
I think I'm returning to the GT100. I loved the idea of the Ipad interface and have no doubt this style of device is the future, but the teething problems are too many - yes latency, also pops and surges, ergonomics - hitting the wrong button, and software being shakey.... mcbeddall
I'm going to persevere a little longer, I'm hopeful that improvements are just around the corner, I admit it is incredibly frustrating though, I'm loving the sound of this thing but using it live is going to make the whole band seem amateur
