PerS
Hi Just a quick question - Is the POD HD Bean the same size and shape as the Pod XT? Asking because I burnd the USB on the XT a couple of years ago and by some reason the midi stoped working this summer. So now it will rest... So, I'm on my way to get my hands on a POD HD Bean. Thing is I have mounted the XT in a box by using the frame/front adapter from an Atomic Amp. I would like to exchange the units, if it fitts. Looks like it, but have never seen one in real life. I have the POD HD Pro and if this works I can use the same patches in between, I think/hope anyway... any way I get a more moden traveling amp Anyone who knows? //Per

spaceatl
One thing to keep in mind is that the POD HD Bean does NOT have midi ports...I noticed you mentioned that in your post and not sure of midi is needed for you or not...That was a bummer on the HD Bean... PerS
Thanks spaceat Yes i notice that but that was just the last port to communicate with the xt. When i blow my usb port i used the midi to back up and run edit. Now i can dial in tones "manualy" but can't back it up any longer... the usb on the bean will do fine This is a fantastic place, top notch support... :-)) //Per
