PiFromBRC
I'm trying to assign a flange rate to an expression pedal. Parameter: Rate Controller: Exp Pedal 3 (new Mission Engineering) Min Value 2.0 Max Value 4.0 I push the Learn Controller knob, move the pedal, and it automatically resets to Min 0 Max 10. When I go back to the home screen the rate shows in brackets, but is still 0.0 to 10.0. Anybody else having this problem?
duncann
I just tried with a EP1-L6 on EXP3, with all the flangers on a new patch, using the Learn Controller method. Worked fine. However, once it's already assigned, with min and max values, and you use the Learn Controller again, yes, it resets the min and max to zero. It seems like that's intentional behavior to me. PeterHamm
Learn controller doesn't do what you think (or what I thought it would do, which is different from what you think)It's not to learn positions, it's to learn WHICH controller you want. So... you select your parameter, and instead of manually selecting the controller, you push "learn controller and rock the pedal... THEN... you manually input the min and max. I just figured this out recently.
