UX2 No firmware after Update...

Recommended Posts

Urgent assistance required as trying to record a tune for this Friday!!!!!

I have recently updated using Monkey.
I now have 2 flashing red lights on my UX2 and although the USB is connected, Monkey says it is Not?
My USB Firmware is UNKNOWN?
The latest is 1.02 and I cannot find it on the Line 6 downloads?
There are NO drivers installed and the latest is 7.5.7 which I did the original Update for?
The Update was successful, but NO drivers are Installed?
Line 6 Licence Manager is 1.10 and working.
Line 6 Monkey 1.71 is working.

Pod Farm 2 ver 2.59 is installed but it states I do not have a Licence for it and I can purchase one on-line?

Before I did this Update, my UX2, Mac, Garageband, etc etc was working AOK.......
And I was recording.....
Someone help me before I go ballistic...

Using Macbook Pro, OSX 10.10.5..... UX2 via USB,

And, I do NOT want to Upgrade to El Capitan or wotever the latest Apple SCREW UP IS???

Line 6 Guys, Urgent assistance required....

Thx for the Support......

It would seem that I am not the only one to have these problems.

I posted my 1st request to Line6 and any other peeps who could assist, but rather than find a FIX,
I am joined by 2 others who have a Similar problem on 2 Different Operating Systems???

My gear was working and recording very nicely until I Updated as per by Line6.

It is now 4 weeks since my post, and NOWT from Line6, WHY?

Although official Line6 reps drop in from time to time, this is a user forum and not a direct conduit to Line6 support.

You can call them directly or open a support ticket by following the support link at the top of the page

I'm not a Mac user but in the meantime you could try rolling back your driver to the one that previously worked.
