Tried contrast, updated firmware, checked ribbons, cannot factory reset because of said screen. Most topics already discussed mention those things, so is there a way to factory reset it without the normal tap/select button procedure?? Others with experience of different parts being the problem would be appreciated. Backstory was USPS damaged it in shipping from Cali to MO. Have video of it working before shipped. If you got it recently and it's under warranty, then servicing it shouldn't be a problem. It sounds like it will need to be serviced.
