CraigGT
I've just done a similar repair of the joystick rotary encoder, It's not too difficult but these things are very well built and it's a major disassembly job. Craig
gjorgy1
My Helix Floor model that I bought when they first came out has the same problem with the headphone knob. It became harder and harder to turn until it finally snapped off. I lived without it for a while, but now I have it at a local repair person and he can't locate a replacement part. Any suggestions on a vendor that has this exact part would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
kam_23ca
Late to the party but I managed to order the potentiometer (in Canada) from Audio Lab of Georgia. https://audiolabga.com/mal_cart/mal_cart2020.php?brand=LINE 6 I ordered the knob itself from British Audio (of Nashville TN) https://britishaudio.com/collections/line-6-parts/products/line-6-helix-phones-knob
spiderone
Thank you @burningyen for the instructions and @kam_23ca for sourcing the parts. Just replaced mine about 2 years after it snapped off; was hoping I could at least salvage the knob but couldn't dig out the broken pot shaft without damaging the knob.
