zooey
Think I know the answer to this too, but is there any way to set up a footswitch so it's active in all presets? Seems like no, you have to set it up in each preset separately. Thinking about a boost switch, etc.
silverhead
One thing you could do to help with both situations (this one and your other Global Aux input question) would be to create a template preset that includes the footswitch and Return assignments. You could then use this preset as a starting point (copy it to a desired location) to build a full preset whenever you want. But for existing presets you have to add these elements individually. Silverhead +1 I can read and read and read and then after diving in for awhile I come back and someone says something that makes what I read somewhere else segue into a solid combined idea. Of course I'll have to backup the template as a preset for those times I upgrade F/W, Apps, etc. still ... Thanks Silverhead [& DI]. Dennis
zooey
I'd think you'd want to back up all setlists that have anything in them besides the default New Preset, unless you have one that's just a temporary scratch pad. Personally, I have patches like that, but not whole setlists.
