kensham
I got some problems on my POD HD300 and just want to edit the tone setting thru USB. but I can't register the device. Line 6 says I should have a serial number with 17 digits XXXNLNNNNNNNNNN , while my device P3C0L622300012 only has 16 digits. And I failed to register it. It is funny , isn't it ?Line 6 sound is so great but I can't imagine how much time Line 6 has wasted us thru many many device problems/ issues. cruisinon2
...while my device P3C0L622300012 only has 16 digits. Not to put too fine a point on it, but "P3C0L622300012" is only 14 digits...so it seems that it's even worse than you thought, lol. Check the floor...see if these last two rolled to a stop near the first one. ;)

brue58ski
This is my HD500x registered serial number 21P5S1L6425008244 It appears you are missing the 21 at the beginning and one more digit at the end somewhere
