diggerbarnz
Wondering if anyone else has had this issue w/dt25 combo& link...middle of a song & bang....nothing(silence) - I recall it happened w/hd500 linked as well (I was concerned about my helix..then I remembered) Also happened twice on stage - tuned up....made sure I had sound - then when it came time to play...silence - the only fix is to reboot amp Maybe my link is bad? Old-Rocker
I know nothing about any of this & i'm a confirmed failure with the 500X,but i'm reading up on DT25 amps & i keep reading about people using an XLR cable instead of an AES cable which can/will cause communication problems,i don't know which you use,but i thought i'd mention it. diggerbarnz
I had some fancy cable before, switched to clean for now, hasn't acted up yet
freezerlord
Nope, can´t help you here either - I´ve read a lot about the amp during the past few weeks, but never stumbled upon this issue...
Palico
I've had a similar problem of basically what appears to be no input on using the HD500x to the DT25. It happens pretty rarely but just switching to a different patch and right back solves it for me. Never had it happen once I have a patch up and going. I always figured it was bug in the HD500x software as it always happens using the variax, never any of my normal guitars. To me mine is like it just forgot which input to use. radatats
I've never had anything similar in the few years I've had mine. Occasionally it won't turn on properly but turning off and checking cables has always solved that. No issues whatsoever with it now I have it configured for Helix use with L6 link.
