jackson424 Posted February 28, 2017 Share Posted February 28, 2017 I've had this amp for years now and have finally had enough. It was struck by lighting I believe a few years back and since then when I turn it on the master is at full volume at all times. Every time a channel is changed it resets to full. I have to fill the stand by switch turn the channel volume down and then turn standby off. But once you change the channel it has to be repeated. It's something in the board that is the problem. An authorized service center or Line 6 is the best bet for getting it up and running. We aim for a 14 day turn time, once it lands here.
