Riki1
Thought I'd figure out how to backup my presets and download the editor. But there's nothing just pod farm 1 Helix Updater - Amplifi v2.6 I've googled and still can't find it, I'm sure it's something silly I'm missing but I can't seem to find anything so I can connect and edit and save etc. Or do I just plug my Helix LT into my laptop? PeterHamm
NO, it's there.Go to the downloads page, http://line6.com/software/index.html , and select "Helix" "All Software" "Windows 10" and it's the second item down.

Riki1
Think I have it now thanks. I had to select Helix Lt - Helix - Windows 10 (I'm on windows 7) Then it says is 7 8 9 10 ! Bit annoying why it doesn't just come up like the Updater download.

The 2.21 "Helix" application does come up when you select "All Software" as the option for the Helix LT with "Windows 7" selected for the OS. I do agree it can be a bit confusing when you are new to the update process and are not aware that you need the entire package (Editor, Updater, driver) and not just the Updater to properly upgrade to the latest firmware.. Line6 is working on improving and simplifying the update process.

HonestOpinion
I doesn't on my laptop (windows 7 64bit service pack 1) I was referring to the 2.21 "Helix" app coming up on the Line6 downloads page. It should not matter what version of the OS you are on regarding finding the download as it is being done through a browser, e.g. (Chrome, IE, etc.). The trick is knowing which bits you need. Anyway, glad you got it sorted out.
