katerlouis
I'd like to keep it compact, like the "usual" stand design I tried this one "suited for off-set guitars", but it went straight back .. https://www.thomann.de/de/fender_universal_guitar_stand.htm So it appears the only way is hanging it? https://www.thomann.de/de/millenium_gs_3500_b.htm?ref=search_rslt_gitarrenst%E4nder_280707_57 But I use this fretwrap here (as probably most of us shuriusers do) https://www.thomann.de/de/gruvgear_fretwrap_hd_sm.htm and don't want to wear it out by rubbing and putting all this pressure to it when to guitar hangs on the neck. – So, how do you guys park this beast away during rehearsals and gigs? SymphonicDischord
I’m using a stand like your second one and I also have the fretwrap on mine as well. I haven’t noticed any premature wear on the wrap, but to be honest, I haven’t really looked. I initially ordered a three pack so if I do happen to wear it out I’ve got backups and will readdress my stand issue then.
cruisinon2
But I use this fretwrap here (as probably most of us shuriusers do) https://www.thomann.de/de/gruvgear_fretwrap_hd_sm.htm and don't want to wear it out by rubbing and putting all this pressure to it when to guitar hangs on the neck. So, how do you guys park this beast away during rehearsals and gigs? So take it off...I do. Goes back on in 2.7 seconds. Then you can use any stand in the known universe and it won't matter.
