pattiman Posted March 6, 2018 Share Posted March 6, 2018 I had to redo my windows 10 operating system and after having installed Helix native again and firing up the license manager, which shows that I've purchased a copy, Helix native says I havea 15 day trial and is not seeing that I bought it. Hi, In this instance the license actually refers to the Authorisation of a computer or Line 6 Hardware in order to use it.You need to run the Line 6 License Manager to authorise a computer or product. To remove it you also need to run the Line 6 License Manager to deauthorise a computer or product. check the link below https://line6.com/account/licenses/instructions/ That should do it.
