kersey1 Posted May 5, 2018 Share Posted May 5, 2018 hello, i have a pod xt pro that is having an issue where it randomly enters the edit mode, even when it has not been touched, and then will just as randomly exit the edit mode. while in this random edit mode it will reset the settings to whatever position the knobs are currently in, which makes it pretty much irrelevant to store a patch. has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the fix. Also, a question: i am debating trying to do a reset/reflash/etc. on the unit in hopes that it will fix it, but i have expansion packs installed. will i lose the expansion packs if i reflash? thanks for any help! psarkissian Posted May 7, 2018 Share Posted May 7, 2018 XT Pro,... a product that that old, I would expect some intermittent solder points or switch by now. Should be taken in for servicing, preferably by a Line 6 authorized service center that knows the product and has access to service info.
