phil_m Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 The presets that have the "4CM" preset are set up for the four cable method. They have an FX Loop block in the signal path, so if you aren't connected to an amp via the four cable method, they won't pass audio. csos Posted June 18, 2019 Share Posted June 18, 2019 Same problem here. Downloaded 10 or so custom tones and less than half have any sound even with the volume turned up. silverhead Posted June 18, 2019 Share Posted June 18, 2019 There are many things in a downloaded preset that might cause no sound in your setup. Check things like: - Input: the downloaded preset might be designed for Variax guitar (Variax/Mags input setting), non-Variax guitar (Guitar input setting), vocals (mic input setting), etc. - FX Loop: as described above by phil_m - Vol pedal: saved setting = 0 - Output: assigned to something other than your connections .... and some other things.....
