cflyte Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 H i all, Ok, after laptop died I had a new motherboard installed. Prior to this my sonicport vx worked perfectly. Now, after reinstalling Mixcraft 8 Studio Pro I cannot select ASIO option. I have downloaded and installed the latest driver (1.91) but still have the same problem. I have spent hours on trying everything I could to solve the problem to no avail. I have tried to fill out a ticket at support but I can't remember if I registered the product when I bought and I don't have my purchase info any more or it is buried in my files somewhere it so I can't seem to conclude the support ticket request. Same thing on another computer - Mixcraft sees the unit but of the 3 choices only asio is greyed out. However, after unplugging the unit several times and restarting mixcraft several times it seems to have righted itself. I am suspecting Windows is the problem. Anyway all good now for the time being.
