So I’m currently using helix in front of my kemper and to control it via midi. When press the foot switch to send the midi command I would like the switch to light up indicating that it’s on. I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out lol. Any help would be appreciated

If you're assigning MIDI PC commands to a footswitch, those commands don't have an on/off state associated with them. They are one-off commands that are sent out whenever you hit the footswitch. It's just a trigger. You could assign a dummy block, like a Gain block, to that switch and then the light would turn off and on. If you have multiple footswitches with PCs assigned to them, though, it would still get confusing because the light from one you hit first would stay on when you hit the other one.

A better way to do this might be using snapshots and Instant Commands. You can set up an Instant Command to send out a specific PC# when you go to each snapshot. The LED for the footswitch the snapshot is assigned to would light and remain lit while you're in a snapshot and turn off when you go to another one.

Way I used to do it using the HD500 with amp sims. Totally forgot about that trick. Nice!
