Hey guys. So I've got a 2 guitar 1 bass set up using the sends and return as input and outputs. Its perfectly fine apart from the main volume dial not controlling the volume of the fx loop. Am I missing something?

I don't have my Helix with me to check so I could be wrong.... but I don't think the Main Volume controls the SEND levels at all. I think it is tied to the 1/4" and XLR outputs (and headphones on the LT).

Not sure exactly what you're saying. As codamedia says, the main volume knob does not control the SEND or RETURN levels of your FX Loop connections. You control those levels with parameters in the FX Loop block.

But are you saying that the main volume level of the LT does not affect the FX Loop signals after they return and are mixed into the signal chain? In other words, as you increase the main volume level there is no increase applied to the sound coming in from the FX Loops? And conversely that if you reduce the main volume level to zero you still hear the the sound coming in from the FX Loops? That would be highly unusual.

Hey thanks for the response. I'm asking because I've made a patch where 3 guitars can be plugged in and playing at once. However the main volume dial only controls the volume of the guitar plugged in through the traditional inputs. I was hoping there would be a way that I can control the volume of all 3 guitars with the main dial
