schweidler
Good day. My name is Dieter and I am new here in the forum. I have a problem connecting my new PODGO to my 8 year old PC. The device is recognized but the driver is not working properly. I have installed the latest windows 10 software and the POD GO has been updated to the latest firmware. Maybe someone has an idea or can send me a suitable driver? thank you
spaceatl
That look like the driver is NOT installed. Go to the software page and insure you have installed the driver. It is a separate item in the downloads. https://line6.com/software/index.html IE: Drivers Line 6 Driver2 Version 1.94.0.0 Released 3/31/20 Works with: POD Go
schweidler
Hi, thanks for your awnser but the curent driver is already installed. I don't know where the problem is......
silverhead
Your screenshot indicates that, as spaceatl said, you do not have the Line 6 driver installed. You highlight a 'Standard USB Hostcontroller'r; that's not the correct driver. The correct driver should have been installed with the POD Go Edit download package. If you haven't downloaded and installed that program you should do so. Also, I notice that you have a Logitech Webcam device installed. Logitech and Line 6 drivers can sometimes conflict. Try temporarily disconnecting your webcam to test.

silverhead
If your computer is able to run Windows 10 it is able to run POD Go Edit. Try different USB ports on your computer, especially the ports on the back panel not the front panel. Avoid using a USB hub, such as the internal hidden ones behind the computer’s front panel. Try a different USB cable.
spaceatl
My German is really rusty, but I thought that meant Unknown Device....that generally means that the driver is NOT loaded properly. I just want to ask if you downloaded the Driver separate and re-installed it?
