gastric
Which of the Helix models support two unique instrument inputs through two 100% separate mono signal paths and separate outputs? My goal is to have one single multieffect unit that I can connect two instruments to simultaneously, but maintaining their own distinct signal chain so I can run them to two channels FOH. Then I can flip-flop between instruments without having to also flip-flop between patches. Bass into input 1, maintain its own mono signal path probably with comp/drive/amp sim/chorus/delay, output to its own mono output. Hardware synth into input 2, maintain its own mono signal path with whatever fx is needed, output to its own mono output.
phil_m
They all can do that, actually, but the dual processor models - the Floor, Rack and LT - will give you a lot more flexibility as far as what you can do.

Of course, you may want to be choosing less DSP intensive amps and effects though. I've been already using the Stomp as a 2-channel "mixer" before the v3 update with just 6 blocks (bass guitar & stompbox foot drum), works great: 18 minutes ago, gastric said: separate mono signal paths out outputs You can actually even run both of them in stereo: Use the FX loop return as your Aux input via the stereo Return L/R block on a parallel path which you route to the Send L/R output.
