Hello people. After updating Windows 10 v. 20H2 my lap top could not detect my POD HD500  even though Windows told me the device was ready to use. I went back to the previous version of Windows and the HD500 was detected again, but now the problem is that when I open the HD500 Edit I can load and manipulate all the functions, load and save presets, etc., but once the Pod is connected to the USB, I cannot there is sound,  when I disconnect the USB the sound comes back.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

Thanks and regards.

With the device turned on and connected thorugh USB open the Line 6 Audio driver control panel and turn up the Hardware Monitor Level..
