Hi, The Eventide Space is quite happy to operate in purely mono if you wish, which means it doesn’t have to tie up both Send/Return sockets. The best option would be to use both, and the advantages of that are the huge stereo effects you can produce. The only caveat to this is, as noted by “rd2rk” in the comment above, if you place any mono effect after the stereo return your signal will collapse down to mono. Hope this helps/makes sense.
