Derksen604 Posted October 14, 2021 Share Posted October 14, 2021 I just purchased 4 Channel Amp_Classic Rock Preset Pack and after downloading it I am trying to load it onto my Pod GO and it keeps on giving me this message. POD Go Edit was unable to import this preset because the required license was not found. The following product packs are available for purchase from Marketplace: * 64860 not sure what I am doing wrong and help would be appreciated. Turtlebeach80 Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 ive just bought the pink floyd pack for pod go, it appears as a purchase in purchase history i just dont know why its not opening why theres no other option but to click on the order number which only brings me bact to the shop, seriously need some answers here! regards, Michael. silverhead Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 In POD Go Edit login to your account as described by phil_m above. In your account navigate to an item named Marketplace Purchases.
