vikfm
Say I had a pedal (i.e. Keeley Eccos) in the effects loop of an HX Stomp; could I run a Helix Reverb effect in parallel with it?
phil_m
Yes, with one caveat. You have to make sure that the dry signal is only running through one of the paths. So you could set the mix of the Helix reverb to 100, for example, and then just control the reverb with the Level parameter. Or if the Keeley pedal had a dry kill feature, you could use that. rd2rk
Also, while it might not be noticeable (maybe desirable?) with that type of effect, the FX Loop itself adds 2ms of latency. If the effect itself is digital, that adds another 2ms. You can also control the mix of the two reverbs at the MIX Block.
