I have my volume pedal on the left of the Stomp XL and want to have buttons 1,2,,4 and 5 as snapshots and buttons 3 and 6 for preset Up/Down.  Is this possible please ?   Thanks !

Hi,

The foot switches on theHelix Stomp XL are Up and Down (arrowheads) A,B (bottom), C,D (top) along with MODE Edit/Exit and TAP Tuner (bottom right).

Your naming of buttons 1,2,4 and 5 plus 3 and 6 are completely meaningless without indicating precisely which foot switches you're referring to.

Help us to help you - and/or consult the HX Stomp XL 3.0 Owner's Manual. I would suggest  the Command Centre Section Page 50, where theoretically, you can assign anything to any foot switch (within reason).

Also - Steve Sterlacci states in this video that you cannot change the function of the Bank/Preset UP DOWN switches, but watch and learn.

Sorry for the confusion but the manual refers to them as footswitches 1 through 6 and all of the videos I have seen refer to the up button at the top left as 1 and the 2 buttons next to it as 2 and 3 and then on the bottom row the down button is referred to as button 4 and then the next two buttons as 5 and 6. I'll watch the video and thank you very much for the link. That's very helpful
