POD editor does not see the PODHD500 on w10

Looks like you have the wrong version installed. Each particular piece of HD hardware has its own editor, so you need to make sure you download and install POD HD500 Edit. This just looks POD HD Edit (the editor for the HD bean).

 

I know it’s confusing, but that’s the way they did it with the HD line.

Also confusing - the files are interchangeable with the devices, but each has their own extension and can't be found without the corresponding program.
