h4ck3rbr0 Posted September 14, 2022 Share Posted September 14, 2022 I just got a helix stomp and I like the product, however the amps don't seem to be working. They do not change my tone at all. I'm not sure if I have messed up with the setup. I have it plugged into my computer and my studio monitors. I tried with just an amp and that also did not work. Help please. List all the cables, wires, connections that you are using from your guitar to your monitors, and where exactly these cables and wires are connected to the devices. Guitar>L/Mono Input; Amp/powered speakers L/Mono or both Main Outputs? Perform a Factory Reset: If that doesn't work contact support.
