I really need urgent help, I'm a long-standing Helix user - my system (helix in to MacBook Pro M1 Monterey) was perfect. Then foolishly chose to do the 3.5 update. Followed instructions. Midway it went to back mode as warned but then the laptop flagged an error / no resume option and now I cannot connect my helix (still in "Boot Failure. Update mode!") to my laptop using Edit or Updater. I've used different leads / and ports. Rebooted laptop etc. Show tonight. No line6 support available. Total nightmare.

Please advise!

Hi,

For a long standing Helix user it appears that you didn't follow the first rule of Helix club:

NEVER, EVER, UPDATE TO A NEW FIRMWARE BEFORE AN IMPORTANT GIG, RECORDING SESSION, AUDITION OR ANY SITUATION IN WHICH YOU GETTING PAID MAY BE INVOLVED, ETC.

Go here, and follow the instructions provided.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
