wooot
Hi, I just upgraded from a Stomp to a Helix LT and now am trying to build some basic patches for me. Since I play mostly Tele and Strat, I always liked what the Thorpy Dane does with a clean amp for the Tele. Is there a drive pedal (or several) in the Helix, that could get me somewhat close to that? Cheers!
DunedinDragon
Use google and see if you can get some idea of the configuration amp/pedals/etc used and then simulate it on the Helix.

There is quite a good description of what it does in this review (link below) - take notes, and build your own from the many, many options available in the dual path Helix LT. Play around until you get something you like, it’s highly unlikely that you will break anything, but you may damage your hearing. https://www.musicradar.com/reviews/thorpy-fx-the-dane Hope this helps/makes sense. codamedia
I had to go listen to a few demo's.... it's a great sounding pedal. To be honest, it's sounds like a natural boost/overdrive which is where I lean to the Tee-mah (Timmy) in the Helix. The trick is to keep the gain relatively low and experiment with the clipping modes and tone controls.
