Papug
So here's the deal. My Stomp's firmware was 3.11 and I felt like it was time for an update, there's also that fancy 3.50 update on their website so I went for it. Using HX Edit wasn't an option because it wouldn't work online, so I went for Line 6 updater, downloaded the firmware, did the thing in offline mode and... it skipped me the whole update (only showed that red bar once in a million attempts), gave an error and stuck the device at that start splash screen. Now all I can do is turn on my Stomp in Update mode (power on + PAGE >), befriend it again with Line 6 updater, try to install *any* firmware (the initial 3.11, 3.15 or 3.50) and still get nothing in the end. Any advice here guys? D:

If that doesn’t fix it, … I would get the HX Edit issue resolved first, and then follow the update instructions. Please provide more details about your HX Edit online issue. To Papug: - Make sure the Stomp is connected directly to your PC, using a quality USB cable. - Make sure you don't sign into your account with the Line 6 Updater. - Obviously make sure the Updater is the latest version and the firmware is the proper revision. silverhead
… in addition to the above, make sure you select Offline Mode in Updater.

If you feel unsure about performing the update, please find a 14 year old computer geek to do it for you. Hope this helps/makes sense
