Beacher
I was wondering if there is a way to make the volume pedal work on a POD HD500 without eating a FX slot?? I was hoping to have it control the amplifier channel volume (rather than having it assigned in the FX chain) but just can't figure it out. silverhead
From the manual, pg 3.7 and 3.8 ….. “In the Signal Flow View, select the Amp or FX Block for which you’d like to create a controller assignment, then double-press the MOVE button….. Use the Multi-function Knobs 1-4 to configure the controller assignment options.“

Beacher
Silverhead & Hurghanico .... thanks very much for the information. The Video was perfect. I managed to get the EXP1 assigned to control the volume on the Amp Pre and cleared the Volume Pedal FX slot for something else I needed, which then completed a perfect Preset for my live performance. BONUS. A "Happy Camper" as they say. I am using the POD HD500 with a DT25 head & cab. Beautiful combination. Love the DT25 but I believe it is a Dodo Bird when / if the XFormer ever goes?
