sturge Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 Hello all. Since I updated my helix, LT to firmware 3.5, I am having issues with presets. Sometimes when I switch presets, it won't show any stop boxes on the screen while in stomp box mode but when I switch to a different preset and come back, that seems to fix the problem. MusicLaw Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 And, be sure to perform the Power On Rebuild Presets (see HelixHelp.com for the button combo for your device) after you have Restored any of your pre-existing Custom Presets to assure that they are properly converted to comply with the latest fw build!
