I tried looking where the manual says in Library>Audio>Plugins but all the folders in there are empty. Where does HXN actually install these days? How do I go about deleting it after a trial ends?

Hi,

You do realise that your Mac has more than one Library folder? Check the one that is usually hidden.

also check

Knowledge Base > Recording > Helix Native

Best thing for you to do is read the Helix Native Pilot's Guide and on page 6 you will find the detailed info you require, under the heading

"Removing Helix Native".

Good luck.

Hope this helps/makes sense.

Thank you, but those were the first things I tried. Option allows access to that Library and when I follow the paths described in the manual, none of the files are in those locations. A search in Finder (with hidden files selected) also does not find those file names.
