erlalv Posted July 21, 2023 Share Posted July 21, 2023 Hi, Got an Hx stomp, and I find it a bit more challenging than necessary to tweak amp settings/pedal settings without hx edit. I wonder, are there any pedal that`s not Midi, who could work as an "tweaker", f.i adjust gain, tone, volum +++ without press into the stomp and adjust in the menu there? For example, you set an compressor at Hx stomp, and you can adjust the parametrics at the other pedal, likewise if you align a distortion, the same pedal works as an "adjustment pedal" for the specific distortion. I feel i need a pedal that makes the adjustment more easy and controllable, now i have to press page, adjust, press page again if I want to adjust some other parametrics, and so on.. are there any pedals out there who can solve this problem?? (Sorry for my bad english btw) Mvh Erlend Hi, I am going to guess that you might be referring to “Pedal Edit Mode” - that is not available on the HX Stomp. It can be found on HX Effects and the Helix floor unit, because they have “scribble strips” to display the parameters available for editing. Other than that, if you want to change between various parameters in an effect block in real time, for example a delay feedback and mix amount, then you could use a regular expression pedal. Also check out Snapshots and Command Centre options for controlling lots of parameters from a single footswitch. Hi, again, I found this video showing “Pedal Edit Mode” on a Helix. Check to see if this is what you were trying to describe in your original post.
