Exporting Helix Native Bundle error

I get the following when trying to export a Helix Native Bundle - and it list one for each of my user presets:

Helix Native was unable to export presets in this set due to following errors:

-1116 - Could not decrypt the asset. (3, 0)

What does this mean? And How do I fix it?

Hi,

I have seen reports of the -1116 error usually to do with presets bought from Line 6 Marketplace.

In this instance, I’m more inclined to think that it maybe due to your Compatibility settings. According to the Helix Native Pilot’s Guide - Page 25.

Importing and Exporting Helix Bundles
(Available only when in the Helix or Off HC modes) A Helix bundle file (.hlb) includes all eight setlists that make up the plugin’s current Library, including all presets and saved settings, all wrapped up in a single, tidy package. This makes it easy to store a backup of your complete Presets Library—and easily restore your Helix Native Library by importing the bundle. Setlists are exported in the format matching the current (Helix or Off) HC mode in use within Helix Native. The options for importing and exporting a Bundle are found within the Preferences > Presets/IRs tab (also, see page 62).”

You can find the Pilot’s Guide within Native by clicking on the question mark in a circle icon in the lower left of the GUI.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
